First Quality Carpet Cleaning and Care put their ad in last year's Allen book. That book has been out now for 1 full year and the new Allen book has been delivered this month. First Quality was so satisfied with the results from the Allen directory that they duplicated their ad in the Frisco directory that came out in January of '04. Seeing even greater success from the Frisco directory, a decision was made to put the ad in the McKinney book, which came out in July of this year.

First Quality was given a special number so they would be able to track each and every call made to them from just the Fast Find directories. This means that the special phone number of First Quality could only be found in the Fast Find directories. Fast Find also was able to provide First Quality, through the internet, a way of getting the name, address, and phone number of each and every call made to them via this special phone number, a tool that has proven to be invaluable in creating mailing labels and sending out additional information about the services First Quality can deliver.
